Our Name
Chez Cheese is initially a play on words of the phrase “say cheese,” which we believe beautifully represented that smile of joy that many people have when eating food they love. It’s also a reference to the French language, “chez” being a common word used in restaurant names, meaning “the house of.”
Our Vision
Grilled cheese has been a stable comfort food for generations, here at Chez Cheese we don’t want to take away that familiarity. But, we do want to offer our customers a safe space to explore and expand their palette while still being able to come back to a classic dish. We strive to breed creativity without flavors and inspire our customers to experience a new combination and idea every time they visit
